In the Rocket Ejector adventure, you are harnessed to a rope that is stretched between two towers, with a safety jacket securing you. The ejector then launches you into the air at a height of 30 to 40 ft. Once you're up there, you have a few seconds to perform flips and rolls or any other moves you please before coming back down. It's basically a live action version of a catapult, except instead of a rock, there's a human being glued to the rope.
